Support

Basic support service from Nepasoft Solutions provides business hours access to Support Department for assistance with Nepasoft products, as well as, the key progress to technical information.

Customers who have annual maintenance contract receive:

  • Software corrections, enhancements, and upgrades, when they are made.
  • Help Desk support through dedicated help desk 0900 hours to 1800 hours (Nepali Standard Time) and from Monday through Friday excluding holidays
  • Responses to a reasonable number of queries via phones, e-mails, regarding operational/ technical aspects of the software
  • Access FAQs and other helpful documentation
  • Access to a Technical Specialist from 0900 hours to 1800 hours (Nepali Standard Time) and from Monday through Friday excluding holidays
